Every project begins with a structured discovery conversation.

This initial discussion allows us to:

This step is high-level and exploratory — no pricing or assumptions.

Pre-construction is the foundation of a successful build.

During this phase, we work closely with you (and your design team, if applicable) to:

• Review plans and site conditions

• Evaluate constructability and feasibility

• Develop preliminary cost models

• Coordinate early trade and vendor input

• Identify risks, assumptions, and exclusions

• Establish a realistic project framework

 

This phase allows both parties to make informed decisions before committing to construction.

Once pre-construction is complete and scope, budget, and schedule are aligned:

• A formal construction agreement is prepared

• Procurement and scheduling are finalized

• Site mobilization begins

 

Because the planning work has already been done, construction proceeds with greater predictability and control.

During construction, BluWolf provides:

• Active project oversight

• Trade coordination and scheduling

• Quality control and inspections

• Clear communication and progress updates

 

Our focus remains on execution that reflects the plan established during pre-construction.

As the project nears completion, we:

• Address final inspections and punch list items

• Complete project closeout documentation

• Ensure the property is delivered as planned
